French Toast: I was watching a random cooking show and tried this recipe... I will NEVER go back to regular old eggs 'n milk again!!

1 large egg
2 T. butter, melted, plus extra for frying
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T. sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
About 6 pieces thick bread like Texas Toast

Beat egg in shallow pan; whisk in melted butter, then milk and vanilla, and finally sugar, flour, and salt- continue to whisk until smooth.

Swirl butter on hot skillet, dip bread in mixture, cook until brown.  Be sure to add more butter for each new batch.
