Meatloaf
3 pounds ground beef
2 cups bread crumbs (or oats)
2 eggs
1 T. dehydrated, chopped onion
3 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
Sauce:
1 1/2 small cans tomato sauce
3 T. vinegar
3 T. brown sugar
2 T. mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Mix together and divide into two loaf pans.
Pour sauce over loaves and save the rest for serving.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
