2 baskets strawberries
3 cups sugar
1 T. lemon juice
1 quart half and half
1 pint cream
1 can evaporated milk
1 dash salt
Blend strawberries to chunky, add sugar and lemon
juice. In separate bowl, combine half and half, cream, milk, and
salt. Combine milk and fruit mixtures. Put in ice cream maker.
