RecipesTamale Pie 1 tsp. salt 2 16 oz. cans chili con carne Combine first4 items in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until quite thick and stiff, about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Butter a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and press the mixture around sides and bottom forming a bowl. Combine chili, olives, and corn in a saucepan over medium heat. Pour into casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly. |
