Sweet Potato Casserole
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes- I just use canned yams
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 stick of butter, softened
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 eggs
1 can of evaporated milk
Mix together and bake in a 9x13 pan for 30 min at 350. Add topping and bake for an additional 10 min.
Topping
1 1/2 cups frosted flakes
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 stick of butter |
