Braxton and Trent are
very good friends. Braxton is 3 and Trent is 9
months old- they love to play on the floor
together. Trent will crawl after Braxton and try
to tackle him and bite him with his gums. But
Braxton now has to watch out because Trent just cut his
two bottom teeth last week! They are not all the
way in, but they are SHARP!
Trent loves to eat rice
crispies and anything we'll give him from the dinner
table (or anything he can find on the floor). He
gets especially lucky when Braxton is eating- he'll
sneak under the table and wait for him to drop some
food- yuck! A few days ago, Braxton dropped his
hard-boiled egg and Trent got a mouth-full of
yellow. He proceeded to throw it up a minute
later.
Trent is still in the 95%
for height, and weighs a good 21 pounds. We love
to kiss his soft chubby cheeks. Trent can say,
"Bu bu bu" which is his nickname (Bubba, which
evolved from Baby after he was born). And he can
say "Da da" and "mum." We also
get the occasional ra ra ra and of course kissing
smacks. Trent
& Braxton both love their Uncle Blake, who lives
with us while he's going to school. Trent dives
out of Mama's arms when he sees Blake coming so he can
crawl over to him to be picked up. Braxton loves
to play s-boss (x-box) with him- you can get him to do
anything if you promise s-boss time! The
boys love to take their baths together. Trent is
constantly finding Braxton's belly button, ears, hair,
and many other protruding body parts. =) We
are trying to help him learn to keep his hands to
himself. Unlike Braxton, Trent is a
splasher. Braxton whines if he gets water in his
eyes- Trent will dive under the water, and then try to
splash it all OUT of the tub. They are wonderfully
different, and we love them so much!
