Braxton has been going to
pre-school this year. He goes on Tuesday-Thursday
9:00am - 11:15 am. Trent loves to go with me to
pick him up. He likes to jump in the snow and try
to knock over Mrs. Finnegan's decorations out
front. Braxton made us a Christmas card and
ornament at pre-school, and was so excited to give it to
us all wrapped beautifully. He has show-and-tell
every Tuesday that corresponds with a certain letter of
the alphabet (he brought his Batman motorcycle on
"M" day). He does wonderful projects
everyday with letters, numbers, and art. He has a
backpack full of his "treasures." Don't
even try to throw any of it away!
Trent is definitely full
of energy!! He never stops all day except for his
nap at noon and bedtime at 8pm. Other than that-
you'd better be watching or he's jumping off the refrigerator.
He loves vitamins, too- and sometimes tries to eat the
whole bottle (yes, sometimes he can unscrew the
child-proof lids). Other child-proof items that
don't stop him: child-proof doorknobs, refrigerator
locks, gates, etc. He's too smart for those.
He's very curious and likes to "take things apart
quickly"- okay he likes to break
things! It's so fun to see what will happen if you
throw something against the wall, like food, play dough,
picture frames... Trent also likes to "season
things." He climbed up onto the counter got
the cinnamon, salt, and pepper and "seasoned"
the kitchen. We found cinnamon in the sugar and
flour bins, as well as in the baking soda box- salt and
pepper all over the floor and counters, including IN the
picture frames! We're not sure how he did that
one. But we love him so much! And he is a
very good eater (which is why he weighs about as much as
his older brother.)
